iRevMed provides remote clinical support, virtual medical scribing, and revenue cycle management services. You acknowledge and agree to the following operational delivery models:

• Global Deployment: Services are primarily fulfilled by our highly trained offshore personnel located in UAE.
• Technology Stack: We utilize Microsoft Azure for secure EHR integrations and a HIPAA-compliant Zoom infrastructure for live virtual scribing sessions.
• Dedicated Resources: Scribes are exclusively onboarded and assigned to specific physicians to ensure workflow consistency and restricted data access.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client utilizing our services, you are responsible for:

• Providing appropriate, authorized access to your EHR systems via our secure Microsoft Azure framework.
• Ensuring that your use of our virtual scribing via Zoom complies with your local state regulations regarding patient consent for telemedicine and remote scribing.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of any secure credentials provided to you by iRevMed.

4. Informational Purposes Only

The content provided on the iRevMed website is for informational marketing purposes only. It does not constitute formal medical, legal, or financial advice. We make no warranties regarding the specific financial outcomes (such as specific RAF score lifts or denial reductions) until a formal audit and service contract is executed.
